Try this intense thirty minutes home workout for burning body fat and gaining muscles. This workout has been designed keeping in mind all fitness levels from beginners to advanced.
This workout is body weight only and works your whole body. No equipment is needed for it, apart from 2 chairs and a stick. This is intense and by the end of it, you will be on your knees. Since this workout is for less than thirty minutes, you have no excuses to skip your workout anymore, no matter how busy your schedule is.
Perform each exercise for 30 secs except the last one, which should be done for 1 minute.
Perform the exercises mentioned for 3-4 sets with 40-60 seconds rest in between rounds. This routine should be practiced 5 days a week with 2 recovery days.
