It’s been more than 3 months since my last entry here on Fitonation. If you’re still with me on this journey, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support and belief in the mission of this blog.
As I sit down to write these words, I find my hands fumbling, hesitant to pick up from where I left off. But there has been this constant voice in the back of my head, which has been urging me to resume blogging, something which I have always enjoyed. So here I am !
In the professional front, I am currently a PhD student, and the journey has been mentally challenging. During the last few months, there have been times where I have been full of self doubt and have questioned my sanity.
The mission behind starting this blog, Fitonation, was to help it’s readers become stronger, more joyful and peaceful human beings.
During the last few months, whenever I thought of blogging, I used to ask myself, “How can you help other’s become stronger, more joyful and peaceful, when you are struggling yourself?”
What calls me to blog again:
Having given enough thought to it, this is why I have decided to start blogging again:
“Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can.”- Arthur Ash
Yes I am not perfect. I am a regular person and like most human beings, I have my own inner struggles. However, I have this ability to feel other’s pain deeply. This blog is my attempt to help people who are going through internal struggles. I don’t know if I will ever be able to reach perfection. But I can’t wait until then to help other’s, when I keep seeing people all around me struggling with mental health.
I have always been a practitioner rather than a theorist. I have experimented with various ideas, that have helped me become a better version of myself. Through this blog post, I wish to share these ideas and practices with the world. Also, I hope together we can explore new ideas, which can propel us to live more fulfilled lives.
