Alas, that somebody is no one but me. However, guys let’s face it, when you are wearing a t-shirt, the only feature you can legitimately show-off is your arms. Thus, if you want to distinguish yourself from other men, you need to work on building bigger biceps, triceps and broader deltoids.(a.k.a shoulders)
Here, I present to you, a great bodyweight exercise that works your Biceps and Side-Deltoids. Since, its a bodyweight exercise, it can be done at the gym or at home.
